The role is currently located out of Ashland City, but will move to the address in Kingston Spring by the end of 2026.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Efficiently load and secure propane products onto delivery trucks, ensuring all safety protocols are followed.
  • Drive assigned routes to deliver propane to customers safely, on time, and with the highest standards of customer service.
  • Address customer inquiries, providing prompt and professional responses while fostering positive customer/team relationships.
  • Maintain a clean and well-organized workspace, including the truck and service garage.
  • Complete all required paperwork, including delivery logs, safety checks, and inspection reports.
  • 50% in a truck making deliveries and 50% in the field working as a service technician (training provided)

Requirements

Qualifications:

  • CDL A or B License with ability to pass a background check/MVR, clearinghouse and pre-employment DOT drug screen.
  • 2+ years of CDL experience preferred
  • Ability to obtain HazMat and Tanker endorsements (training and support provided).
  • Ability to communicate professionally with clients.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with a proactive, customer-first approach.
  • Mechanically inclined with the ability to perform basic maintenance checks on the truck (a plus).
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Candidate must have dependable transportation and ideally live within a convenient distance of the workplace

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to lift/pull up to 100 lbs and engage in physical labor.
  • Comfortable working outdoors and in varying weather conditions
  • Install and service team work about 60% of the time.
  • Ability to operate a manual or automatic transmission vehicle safely.
