Job description

We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Sales Professional to drive growth and expand our presence in the printing and packaging industry. This is an exciting opportunity to help grow a strategic business vertical while leveraging the resources and support of the Rayacom Group, one of North America's leading printing and packaging organizations.

Our primary focus is identifying candidates with a proven sales background, strategic thinking skills, and the ability to build lasting customer relationships. These qualities are essential for success in this role and will set you apart as you help drive business growth in this exciting industry.

Excellent base salary + commissions and car allowance

Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through research, networking, and outreach efforts.
  • Results oriented self-starter with the desire and drive to grow this business.
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to expand the company's customer base and increase revenue streams.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders using CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software or manual entries.
  • Lead negotiations with prospective clients to secure favorable terms while ensuring mutual satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to create targeted campaigns that support business growth initiatives.
  • Supports inside sales and account growth through prospecting, outbound sales activities, lead generation, quote follow-ups, and developing relationships with new and existing customers to drive revenue growth.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely execution of business development activities.
  • Track performance metrics and prepare reports to evaluate the effectiveness of strategies and identify areas for improvement.
