Job description

Oilfield Sand Logistics Laborer (Frac Support)
Location: Williston Basin, ND
Pay: $24.00/hr
Overtime: $36.00/hr after 40 hours
We're hiring reliable, hard-working individuals to support frac sand operations at active North Dakota well sites. This is a hands-on role that keeps completion jobs running safely and on schedule.
Schedule & Pay
  • 12-hour shifts
  • Plus Approximately 2 hours of paid travel time per shift
  • Consistent overtime available

Job Duties
  • Direct sand trucks in and out of location
  • Spot trucks safely onto offload platforms
  • Assist with unloading frac sand using gravity-fed belt systems
  • Keep work areas clean and equipment operating properly
  • Follow all safety rules and wear required PPE

Requirements
  • Able to work long hours outdoors in all weather conditions
  • Strong communication and situational awareness on busy job sites
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
  • Willing and able to travel to remote well sites
  • Oilfield or winter driving experience preferred
