This role supports the Consumer Products Business Unit. Provide essential support and facilitate smooth operations of day to day activities within the department. Serve as a primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, ensuring efficient communication, organization and administrative support across the business unit.

What You Do.

  • Able to create reports for various audiences, keeping in mind the purpose of the report.
  • Effectively use standard office equipment and software to support business processes.
  • Able to plan, organize, prioritize and oversee activities to efficiently meet organizational objectives.
  • Produce, update, and provide best practice support on complex Microsoft documents, databases, and other departmental systems, advising colleagues as needed and using expertise to help improve processes.
  • Understands customer context, uncovers customer KPIs.
  • Able to utilize calendar and scheduling tools to support prioritization for self and others that you support.
  • Articulates the importance of digital communication, explains different digital communication channels, Creates positive customer emails, Practices common sense guidelines on social media, Service Data Privacy and Security Compliance.
  • Communicates confidently during service interaction, Sets appropriate expectations, Provides relevant product/service updates.
  • Ability and skill to plan and manage project work assignments within desired cost, time and quality parameters. (e.g., Crisis Management, Sales Meeting, Strategic Planning).
  • Develop knowledge and understanding of the organization's policies and procedures and of relevant regulatory codes and codes of conduct to ensure own work adheres to those standards. Obtain authorization from a supervisor or manager for any exceptions from mandatory procedure.
  • Able to analyze trends from data that is collected to assist in compiling reports that will help in decision making.
  • Able to understand, evaluate, use, and engage with digital technology and information, as well as create and share digital content, while being aware of essentials like safety, privacy and ethical considerations.
  • High degree of autonomy and project management abilities are required

Your Education and Experience.

  • Associates degree required
  • 5+ years of experience in administrative role
  • Proficient in PowerPoint, Microsoft Word, & Excel.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and effective in building strong relationships across the organization at all levels with varying personalities.
  • The ability to create or enhance a positive, productive team environment with a genuine customer service attitude.
