  • Dental Radiology Certification a plus.

  • High level knowledge of orthodontic procedures, dental insurance, and financing options is preferred.
  • Must be dependable with a strong attention to detail.
  • CPR Certification is required.

A Typical Day as an Orthodontic Treatment Coordinator:

  • Welcoming kiddos and making them feel comfortable.
  • Presenting orthodontic treatment plans and explaining insurance coverage & financing options.
  • Ensuring all necessary treatment documentation is completed, signed, and accurate.
  • Schedule and confirm appointments.
  • Creating a fun and engaging experience for each kiddo.
  • Ensuring smooth patient flow and maintaining a kid-friendly environment.
