Our client, an Am Law 200 full-service law firm, is seeking a mid-to-senior level Land Use & Zoning Associate to join its established Florida practice. This is an excellent opportunity to work on sophisticated development and regulatory matters while advising developers, investors, and property owners on high-profile projects across the region.

  • Advising clients on zoning, land use, and development-related matters
  • Handling site plan, entitlement, permitting, and regulatory compliance issues
