We are looking for a driven, strategic, and technically strong Product Marketing Engineer (PME) to join our Power Protection Devices marketing team. This is an opportunity to be part of a winning team with a strong market position-and to help take that leadership to the next level.
Our customers are designing increasingly sophisticated systems that demand higher power density, greater reliability, smarter protection, and simpler system-level solutions. From automotive infotainment, ADAS, body electronics, zonal architectures to HEV/EV systems power protection is becoming increasingly critical to system performance and reliability.
As a PME, you will be at the center of this transformation.
In Power Protection Devices product line, you will play a critical role in shaping the direction and growth of the business. You will develop comprehensive business plans, product and marketing strategies, and go-to-market initiatives for new and existing products. Working at the intersection of technology, customers, markets, and business, you will help identify where the market is headed, define what customers need next, and translate those insights into differentiated products and compelling value propositions.
As PME you will develop and maintain a deep understanding of customer requirements, competitive dynamics, market trends, and emerging applications across our power protection portfolio, while helping define the next generation of innovative solutions that expand our portfolio and address evolving system-level challenges.
In this highly visible role, you will identify, evaluate, and prioritize new market and product opportunities aligned with the Power Protection Devices business strategy. You will partner closely with customers, sales, systems, applications, and product development teams to uncover unmet needs, influence product roadmaps, drive successful product launches, and accelerate market adoption.

Summary of key responsibilities:
  • Drive DINs to DWINs to grow NR while maintaining profitability
  • Maintain close relationships with top tier one customers and the respective account managers to understand opportunities
  • Develop product positioning and messaging that differentiates the products in the market, including finding adjacent markets and customers
  • Plan, manage and execute all marketing activities during the life cycle of a new product (Pre RTM, at RTM and post RTM)
  • Review competitive landscape and building strategies to address gaps
  • Interface with customers and TI field sales/applications to support DINs
  • Follow up weekly and monthly on opportunities; from price escalations, customer visits, sampling activity, etc.
  • Collaborate and communicate the product strategies effectively to cross functional teams - price, campaigns, internet marketing, launch etc.

Qualifications
Minimum requirements:
  • Minimum education bachelor's degree in electrical engineering
  • 3 years of relevant experience

  • Ability to establish strong relationships with key stakeholders critical to success, both internally and externally
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to quickly ramp on new systems and processes
  • Demonstrated strong interpersonal, analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in teams and collaborate effectively with people in different functions
  • Ability to take the initiative and drive for results
  • Strong time management skills that enable on-time project delivery
  • Prior experience in automotive marketing, systems or application role
