Job description

We are seeking a skilled Cabinet Maker / Finish Carpenter to join our growing team in Tampa Bay.

What You’ll Do

  • Fabricate and assemble custom cabinetry including kitchens, vanities, closets, and bookshelves.

  • Build shaker-style doors, flat doors, and laminated doors with precision.

  • Perform painting, finishing, and laminating on cabinetry.

  • Read and interpret detailed drawings, cut lists, and measurements.

  • Operate woodworking machinery and hand tools safely and effectively.

  • Ensure high-quality standards with attention to detail in every project.

  • Assist with installations when needed.

  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe shop environment.

What We’re Looking For

  • 3+ years of experience in cabinet making, millwork, or finish carpentry.

  • Strong knowledge of cabinet construction methods and materials.

  • Ability to fabricate, assemble, and finish cabinets from start to finish.

  • Proficiency with woodworking machines, hand tools, and spray/paint equipment.

  • Detail-oriented, reliable, and able to work both independently and as part of a team.

  • Strong work ethic and a passion for craftsmanship.

  • Must have reliable transportation to our Tampa shop.

Compensation

  • Competitive pay based on experience and skill level.

  • Range: $20 – $28 per hour to start (depending on experience).
