Job Description

We are looking for a Commerce Specialist to join an international project focused on optimizing catalog, content, and conversion performance on Amazon and Walmart.

What We're Looking For

A professional with experience in marketplaces (primarily Amazon), performance-oriented, with strong analytical skills and a focus on continuous catalog and conversion optimization.

Responsibilities
  • Continuous catalog optimization by SKU / parent-SKU
  • Improvement of content (titles, bullets, A+ Content, structure) to maximize visibility and conversion
  • Performance analysis (CVR, sales, content quality) and recommendation of actions
  • Implementation of incremental, data-driven improvements
  • Management and operation of ALAN Commerce Studio (setup + ongoing management)
  • Monthly prioritization of actions based on business impact
  • Definition and tracking of deliverables (special focus on the first 90 days)
  • Coordination with internal teams (data, strategy, operations)
  • Participation in test & learn initiatives (A/B testing on Amazon)
QualificationsExperience
  • 2+ years in eCommerce / marketplaces (ideally Amazon)
  • Experience in catalog and content optimization
  • Experience working with conversion and performance metrics
Technical Skills
  • Amazon Vendor/Seller Central (highly valued)
  • Product listing optimization (SEO + conversion)
  • Data analysis (Excel or other tools)
  • Catalog management or feed management tools (nice to have)
Languages
  • Advanced English
