- Responsible for providing day-to-day application support for LARS and Zendesk systems, including ticket resolution, configuration changes, workflow updates, and production support activities while ensuring SLA adherence, documentation, and stakeholder communication.
Requirement/Must Have
- Experience in application support or IT service desk environments
- Hands-on experience with ticketing systems (ServiceNow, Zendesk, or similar)
- Strong ability to manage and resolve routine support tickets within SLA timelines
- Experience with user management tasks (password resets, user creation, workflow updates)
- Strong communication and documentation skills
- Ability to track, log, and update incidents and changes accurately
- Experience working in structured support processes
Experience:
- 1–3 years of experience in application support or IT support roles
Responsibilities:
- Manage and resolve LARS and Zendesk support tickets within SLA timelines
- Perform routine application support tasks including user and workflow updates
- Ensure timely response to requests and follow-ups within one business day
- Document all communications, changes, and updates in ServiceNow
- Coordinate with application coordinators for requirements gathering and validation
- Support testing and user sign-off for system changes
- Maintain change logs and documentation in SharePoint
- Monitor and manage daily print jobs and related processing tasks
- Communicate delays and issues to stakeholders and vendors
Should Have:
- Experience in regulated or enterprise support environments
- Basic understanding of workflows and configuration management
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
