These positions cover a wide range of posts and duties to include; property protection, theft deterrence, observing/ reporting in apartment complexes, retail stores, mailing facilities, and many more.

Shift Info:

We are looking for flex-officers, who are able to pick up shifts as needed.

  • Location: Various locations around the DC Metropolitan area, DC, MD, and VA.
  • Pay Rate: between $18-$20.50+ depending on site, with $25+ dollar bonuses for same-day shift pickups.
  • Shifts: Mornings, Afternoons, Evenings, and Overnights as needed.
  • Days: Open Availability Preferred, Weekend Availability required.
  • We will sponsor for any required licensing.

Duties:

  • Observe and report to deter unwanted behavior.
  • Make and keep detailed notes of events throughout the shift.
  • Contact Emergency Services in an emergency situation.
  • Address client staff's security needs.
  • Work alongside a dispatch center and execute dispatch orders.

We're looking for individuals to join our team who are professional, reliable, and adaptable. No prior experience is required, as we will provide all the necessary training.

Basic Requirements:

  • You must have a high school diploma or equivalent, or at least 5 years of verifiable work experience.
  • You must be at least 18 years of age (21 for armed positions).

Core Skills:

We're looking for people with strong verbal and written communication skills who are comfortable interacting with the public. You should be an active listener with excellent problem-solving skills, able to quickly and accurately assess and evaluate any situation. Excellent conflict resolution skills and a tactful approach are also essential.

Additionally, you should be comfortable operating radio, telephone equipment, and console monitors. Strong attention to detail and the ability to write clearly and accurately are also essential.
