Responsabilidades del ensamblador de producción de alimentos:

  • Preparación de alimentos a mano

  • Mezcla de ingredientes

  • Manejo adecuado de acuerdo con USDA

  • Usar correctamente pequeñas herramientas para producir

  • Mantener el área limpia y desinfectada

  • Siga las buenas pautas de fabricación (GMP)

  • Siga el EPP (equipo de protección personal), incluidos zapatos antideslizantes, redes para el cabello / barba

Habilidades de ensamblador de producción de alimentos:

  • Capacidad para trabajar en temperaturas frías (aproximadamente 35 grados)
