Company Description Zales Jewelers is dedicated to offering jewelry that celebrates everyday style, as well as special occasions. From earrings and necklaces to engagement rings and bracelets, Zales provides a wide range of pieces designed to help customers express themselves confidently.


Role Description This is a part-time (with full-time potential) on-site Sales Associate role located in Minot, ND. The Sales Associate supports customers by greeting them, understanding their preferences, and guiding them through jewelry options and purchases. Daily tasks include presenting merchandise, explaining product features and care, processing transactions, and maintaining accurate sales and customer records. The role also involves keeping displays clean and organized, monitoring inventory levels on the sales floor, and following store procedures and policies. Sales Associates collaborate with the store team to meet sales goals, deliver an inclusive and welcoming customer experience, and uphold Zales’ brand standards.


Qualifications

  • Customer service and communication skills, including the ability to engage warmly with diverse customers and listen actively to their needs.
  • Sales and retail skills, such as basic selling techniques, cash handling, and using POS systems for transactions.
