Conscious Care Counseling Services, Inc. is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Mental Health Therapist (LCSW, LMFT, LPC) to join our team in a full-time, remote capacity from Scappoose, Oregon. This role focuses on delivering high-quality mental health support to teenagers and young adults, helping them navigate challenges and achieve their personal and developmental goals. As a mental health therapist, you will play a pivotal role in fostering positive behavioral health outcomes through evidence-based practices.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to create and implement comprehensive care plans for clients.
  • Conduct individual therapy sessions with clients, using techniques and interventions to address issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and executive functioning.
  • Develop personalized treatment plans that align with clientsโ€™ specific needs and goals, continuously adjusting as necessary.
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client progress and treatment outcomes in compliance with organizational standards.
  • Stay informed about the latest developments in behavioral health practices to improve client outcomes through evidence-based interventions.
  • Participate in team meetings and professional development opportunities to enhance clinical skills and knowledge.
  • Contribute to the enhancement of community resources and support systems through outreach and advocacy.
Patient Population / Client Focus

Your primary focus will be on teenagers and young adults, a population that is often in need of guidance and support as they face transitional challenges. Qualifications
  • A Masterโ€™s or Doctorate degree in clinical psychology, counseling, or clinical social work from an accredited institution.
  • An active and independent licensure in the state of Oregon (LCSW, LMFT, LPC) is required.
  • Proven track record of strong clinical skills along with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
