Description du poste :
Il s’agit d’un poste à temps partiel, principalement les semaine, en présentiel à Montréal, pour le rôle d'instructeur.trice de Yoga chez Puppy Sphere. Nous recherchons des professeur·e·s de yoga passionné·e·s par la discipline, qui adorent les chiots et qui ont une personnalité chaleureuse et pétillante. Vous animerez des cours de yoga accessibles aux débutant·e·s tout en garantissant un environnement sûr et agréable pour les participant·e·s et les chiots ! En tant que Professeur·se de Yoga, vous serez responsable de 4 cours de 35 á 45 minutes chacun, répartis sur une journée.
 

Responsabilités de l’Instructeur·rice de Yoga :

  • Animer des cours de yoga pour débutant·e·s, en mettant l’accent sur la détente et le plaisir.
  • Prendre en compte la présence des chiots pendant le cours et comprendre que l’attention des participant·e·s sera partagée entre la pratique du yoga et les chiots.
  • Créer une atmosphère accueillante et positive pour tous les participant·e·s.
  • Proposer des modifications et ajustements pour s’adapter aux différents niveaux de compétence.
  • Collaborer avec les membres de l’équipe de Puppy Sphere afin de maintenir un espace propre et organisé.
35 $ CAD par cours (35 minutes)
45 $ CAD par cours (45 minutes)

Exigences de l’Instructeur·rice de Yoga :

  • Disponibilité en semaine pour l’horaire (1 journée par semaine).
  • Capacité à enseigner 4 sessions de 35 á 45 minutes par journée programmée.
  • Certificat d’instructeur·rice de yoga (RYT 200 ou équivalent).
  • Expérience souhaitée dans l’enseignement de cours de yoga pour débutant·e·s.
  • Amour sincère des animaux, et particulièrement des chiots.
  • Excellentes compétences interpersonnelles et en communication.
  • Capacité à créer un environnement amical, inclusif et soutenant.
  • Patience et adaptabilité pour gérer le caractère joueur des chiots pendant les cours.

Job Description:

This is a part-time, predominantly weekdays, on-site role located in Montréal for the position of Yoga Instructor at Puppy Sphere. We are looking for yoga instructors that are passionate about yoga, love puppies, and have a warm, bubbly personality. You will lead beginner-friendly yoga classes while ensuring a safe and enjoyable environment for both attendees and puppies! As Yoga Instructor, you will be responsible for 4 yoga classes, of 30-45 minutes each, throughout one day.

This is a contract, on-site role in Montréal and weekday availability is a necessity.

Yoga Instructor Responsibilities:

  • Lead and instruct beginner yoga flow classes with an emphasis on relaxation and enjoyment.
  • Be mindful and patient that puppies will be present during practice and attendees will have divided attention to the yoga practice and puppies.
  • Create a welcoming and positive atmosphere for all attendees.
  • Provide modifications and adjustments to accommodate different skill levels.
  • Collaborate with the Puppy Sphere team members to maintain a clean and organized space.

$35 CAD per class (35 minutes)
$45 CAD par class (45 minutes)

Yoga Instructor Requirements:

  • Candidate must be available on weekdays for scheduling (1 day per week).
  • Candidate must be available to teach x4, 30-45 min sessions per scheduled day.
  • Certified Yoga Instructor (RYT 200 or equivalent).
  • Experience teaching beginner yoga classes preferred.
  • Genuine love for animals, particularly puppies.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to create a friendly, inclusive, and supportive environment.
  • Patience and adaptability to handle the playful nature of puppies during classes.
