Don't let our name fool you, we don't serve nachos... we serve the MOST INSANE GOURMET NACHOS smothered in queso and salsa made fresh daily, and we guarantee you'll never find a dry chip!     Prepare alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages for guests and service staff while executing steps of service for all guests at the bar.

  • Essential Job Functions: 

  • Extensive knowledge of our food and beverage menus

  • Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies

  • Prepare garnishes and mixes.

  • Clean and maintain sanitation standards for bar area and equipment

  • Comply with all food and beverage regulations and safe food handling

  • Ensure all food items are correctly stored, labeled, dated, and rotated

  • Anticipate guests needs and execute requests

  • Complete assigned daily side work

  • Handle cash, process credit cards, and balance cash drawer

  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment

  • Must have good positive energy throughout the entire shift

  • Works efficiently while maintaining a positive attitude and body language to deliver great guest service at all times 

  • Position & Experience Requirements: 

  • 2 years of fast pace cocktail bar experience

  • 2 year of cash handling experience

  • Must have open availability

  • Must be 21 years of age or older

  • Must have current health card, alcohol awareness card and necessary work cards

  • Requires knowledge of beer, wine, specialty drinks and spirits. Garnish any and all beverages as needed according to standard recipes and venue specifications

  • Ability to operate Point of Sale system (Toast)

  • Greet all Guests promptly and with a friendly and upbeat attitude

  • Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate delivery of food orders

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

  • Possess in-depth knowledge of all retail merchandise (where applicable)

  • Complies with all company and departmental policies and procedures

  • Serves all alcoholic beverages in accordance with all state regulations and responsible service/alcohol awareness training standards

  • Accurately enter all orders into the POS system and follows proper cash/payment card procedures

  • Comply with all safety and health department procedures as well as Company and/or departmental policies/procedures                                                                                                                                                                                                                                 

  • Physical Requirements:

  • Uniforms will be provided and must be worn according to standard, every shift.

  • Walking and standing for the entire shift. Length of time of these tasks may vary from day to day and task to task

  • Must be able to bend, stoop, squat and stretch to fulfill cleaning and filing tasks, for extended periods of time

  • Must be able to exert well-paced ability in limited space

  • Must be able to push, carry, lift up to 25 lbs. on a regular and continuing basis

  • Requires standing, sitting, walking, repetitive motions, bending, climbing, listening, and hearing ability and visual acuity.

  • Work in an environment that is subject to varying levels of noise and crowds

  • Must be able to work late nights, holidays, weekends.
