Casey Auto Group is seeking an Accounts Receivable Clerk to join our Accounting Department!

We are currently seeking an organized and reliable Accounts Receivable Clerk to join our Accounting Department. This is a full-time, stable role perfect for an accounts receivable professional who values a consistent schedule within an office environment.

Essential Duties:

  • Daily Postings: Manage accurate daily posting of parts tickets, service repair orders, rental agreements, and manufacturer invoices.
  • Financial Reconciliation: Assist with weekly intercompany receivables and sublet schedule reconciliations. Perform monthly "clean-ups" of schedules to clear paid invoices.
  • Collections & Aging: Monitor aging reports and coordinate with supervisors on past-due balances. Proactively report on accounts over 60 days and prepare necessary documentation for legal collections.
  • Cash Operations: Process A/R deposits and p-notes daily; issue refund checks for parts and service orders.
  • Communication: Resolve vendor and customer billing inquiries with a professional and friendly demeanor.
  • Monthly Cycle: Ensure all A/R statements are printed and mailed by the 25th of each month.
  • Applications: Facilitate the processing of new charge account applications for Office Manager approval.

Qualifications:

  • Required: Accounts receivable experience.
  • Preferred: Previous experience in an Automotive Dealership setting is highly valued.
  • Technical Skills: Strong data entry accuracy and comfort with accounting software/schedules.
  • Professionalism: Ability to handle sensitive financial data and conduct collection efforts with tact and integrity.
