Job Description-: MUST have Yardi Voyager 

Notes:

  • 2 positions for techno functional BA & IT Systems Analyst
  • Client is undergoing implementation, enhancements and upgrades of 3rd party systems such as UKG Pro and Yardi Voyager.
  • Yardi Voyager experience strongly desired
  • SQL experience. Reporting w/ Power BI or Tableau
  • Strong documentation, requirements gather

The IT Business Analyst will be responsible for analyzing business requirements and designing solutions to meet those requirements. They will also be responsible for testing, implementing, and maintaining software applications and systems to improve business processes.

  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their requirements and identify opportunities for process improvement.
  • Develop detailed requirements and use cases for software development projects.
  • Conduct research to identify new technologies and methods to improve business processes.
  • Analyze and troubleshoot software issues, identify root causes, and implement solutions.
  • Develop and maintain documentation such as user manuals, training materials, and technical specifications.
  • Participate in software testing and quality assurance activities.
  • Communicate project status and progress to team members and stakeholders.
  • Provide support to end-users and resolve issues in a timely manner.
  • Design and develop Business Intelligence (BI) reports, dashboards, and visualizations to support decision-making processes.
