CDL Class A Drivers – Yard, Shuttle & Local Positions

Location: Phoenix, AZ
Employment Type: Full-Time

Fastrack Solutions is seeking experienced, safety-focused Class A CDL Drivers for Yard, Shuttle, and Local Driver positions at our Phoenix, Arizona facility. We welcome CDL drivers interested in transitioning into yard operations and provide training on yard tractor equipment for qualified candidates.

Current Openings

  • PM Yard Driver – 1 Opening
  • PM Shuttle Driver – 2 Openings
  • AM Local Driver – 1 Opening

Pay Rates

  • AM Shift: $24.00 per hour
  • PM Shift: $26.00 per hour
  • Overtime: Paid after 40 hours worked per week

Schedules

Yard & Shuttle Operations

  • AM Shift: 6:00 AM – 6:00 PM
  • PM Shift: 6:00 PM – 6:00 AM
  • Schedule: Rotating 4 days on / 4 days off

Local Driver

  • Start times vary between 2:00 AM and 7:00 AM based on operational needs
  • Typical shifts are 8–10 hours
  • Primarily Monday through Friday, with occasional weekend opportunities

Requirements

  • Valid Class A CDL
  • Safe driving record
  • Ability to meet all DOT and company requirements
  • Yard tractor experience is preferred but not required; training will be provided for qualified candidates
