A yard driver works in a truck yard to organize tractor trailers within the space and to ensure trucks and trailers are ready for unloading, loading, and transport. The Yard Driver is responsible for maintaining organization and production in the Springfield terminal yard.

Experience, Education, and Training
A High School diploma or GED is required; one to three years related experience and/or training preferred.
Physical Requirements
This position requires the ability to get in and out of trucks and hook/disconnect trailers multiple times per day. Candidate must be able to lift and carry up to 100lbs and push and pull 50lbs. Steel toed footwear, and safety glasses are required in the shop. Candidate must be able to pass a job specific post-offer physical prior to beginning employment with Prime, Inc.
Working Environment
Both indoor and outdoor working environment with exposure to varying weather conditions.
Licensing/Certification
Must have valid Class A or B CDL with clean driving record.
