Schedule: Full-Time | Monday–Friday | 

Location: Andover, MA
Pay: Based on experience and required licenses


About the Role
Koopman Lumber is hiring an experienced, reliable, hands-on Order Puller to support yard operations and ensure customer orders are pulled accurately and on time. This is a physical, fast-paced role working with lumber and building materials.


What You’ll Do
• Pull, stage, and load customer orders accurately and efficiently
• Assist customers and drivers in the yard with professionalism and urgency
• Operate forklifts and yard equipment (training provided)
• Receive and put away incoming materials
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe yard
• Work as part of a team to keep operations running smoothly
