What You’ll Do

As our Warehouse Customer Service Representative, you’ll play a key role in delivering outstanding service by assisting customers with product selection, as well as picking and staging orders for both walk-in clients and deliveries.

  • Serve as the first point of contact for walk-in customers, acting as a liaison with counter sales and providing assistance with product selection, order picking, and customer service.
  • Accurately pick, organize, and stage products for transfers, work orders, and deliveries, ensuring all transactions are processed efficiently and discrepancies are promptly reported to the Department Manager.
  • Maintain product integrity through proper handling, storage, and palletizing techniques to ensure safety and quality.
  • Perform general housekeeping duties to uphold warehouse and yard standards, including sweeping, organizing, and consolidating products as needed.
  • Conduct and document forklift pre-trip inspections to ensure operational safety and compliance.

• Education: High School diploma or equivalent

• Experience: Working in a warehouse or similar; Customer service experience

• Skills: Standing, climbing, bending, and lifting up to 80lbs

• Bonus Points: Forklift experience preferred
