About the Opportunity
As a Production Worker at EMR, you'll play a key role in our daily shredder operations at our Becker, MN location. In this role, you will remove and sort material from conveyor belts, help maintain a clean shredder facility, and support overall yard cleanliness.
Key Responsibilities
  • Remove trash, wood, paper, and plastics from conveyor belts
  • Sort and place materials into the correct chutes or onto conveyors
  • Clean the yard by sweeping, raking, and picking up debris
  • Assist with other duties as assigned

Qualifications
  • Ability to work independently
  • Basic math skills
  • Able to lift and handle up to 50 pounds
  • Capable of performing physical tasks in various environments

Compensation and Benefits
  • Monday - Friday, 11:00 am-9:00 pm
  • Pay $19/hr, full-time, year-round
