With elegant lines and sweeping ocean views, our spectacular yacht is home to 95 expansive suites and guest rooms, alongside a world-class choice of dining, wellness, and entertainment. It delivers numerous industry firsts to the yacht category — including the largest accommodations in the class, virtually endless ways to connect and configure suites, and Four Seasons unparalleled hospitality extended across the world's oceans for the very first time.

The Four Seasons Yacht I boasts 679 ft. in length // 34,000 Gross Tonnage// 95 Suites // 1:1 Guest/Staff Ratio

Each of the yacht's 95 suites will offer panoramic views through floor-to-ceiling windows and access to expansive private terraces.

What you will do:

Reporting to the Manager-Shore Operations, the Yacht Service Specialist will support the pre cruise guest service experience team.

  • Respond to a variety of requests in a timely and efficient manner by accurately assessing the guest needs and requests and then adding personal recommendations and touches to achieve maximum customer satisfaction while complying with all Four Seasons' policies.
  • Provide guests with the highest level of personalized service and recognition through storing and sharing customer information. Ensure the integrity of the local database and provide support to the Private Yacht Consultant team.
  • Assist with all questions and concerns of guests during pre-sailing preparations and coordinate with onboard Concierge for seamless handover and continuity of guest coordination.
  • Work with local Destination Management Companies (DMC's) or the designated shore experience providers to select and purchase "as is" or call or e-mail to customize these to their needs. Show adaptability and flexibility to change any touring requests to a certain guests' needs. Work with Shore Experience management team to customize arrangements in coordination with DMC communication.

What will you bring:

  • Handles all guest interactions with the highest level of hospitality and professionalism, accommodating special requests whenever possible; resolves customer issues.
  • Strong email and telephone communication skills.
  • Ability to work with confidential information.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree preferred. Preference for degrees in Tourism and Hospitality or a related field.
  • 3+ years in luxury travel, preferably in luxury cruise industry.
  • Previous experience delivering destination experiences within a luxury cruise line.
  • Travel occasionally for training purposes.

Schedule & Hours:

  • Initial 5 days per week in an office call center environment, with the possibility to move to hybrid work after fully trained- 2 days remote and 3 days in office.
