Role: Oracle Property Manager Technical

Location : Los Angeles, CA

Duration : Longterm Contract 

Role Summary

Los Angeles client is seeking a highly skilled Oracle R12.2.11 Property Manager Technical Resource with strong technical expertise in Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) R12.2.11, specifically within the Oracle Property Manager module. The candidate will be responsible for technical development, customization, integration, and support of Oracle Property Manager and its related financial modules.

Key Responsibilities

Design and build RICEFW components and customizations in Oracle EBS R12.2.11 for the Property Manager module

Develop inbound and outbound interfaces between Oracle Property Manager and third-party systems.

Diagnosing and resolving technical issues including performance tuning

Prepare Technical Design Documents (TDDs).

Follow SDLC and change management processes.

Required Qualifications

10+ years of technical experience with Oracle EBusiness suite R12.x

Strong experience with:

Oracle EBS R12.2.11 architecture

Oracle Property Manager technical tables and APIs

PL/SQL, SQL, Oracle Forms

BI Publisher / XML Publisher

Workflow Builder

UNIX shell scripting

Oracle APEX

Experience integrating Oracle EBS with external property management or lease systems preferred.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Excellent communication with functional teams and business users.

Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Strong documentation skills.
