Job Summary:
We’re seeking a driven Xfinity Door-to-Door (D2D) Sales Manager to lead a high-performance field sales team. This leadership position offers a base pay commensurate with experience, plus uncapped commission opportunities, including personal commissions, team overrides, and performance bonuses.

The ideal candidate is a self-starter with strong leadership skills, a proven track record in direct sales, and the ability to recruit, train, and scale a successful team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruit, train, and mentor a team of independent door-to-door sales representatives.
  • Lead from the front by actively participating in field sales and demonstrating best practices.
  • Set daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals for the team and hold reps accountable.
  • Motivate and coach team members to maximize individual performance and earnings.
  • Manage team schedules, territories, and lead assignments effectively.
  • Monitor sales activity and provide performance feedback through regular one-on-ones and field ride-alongs.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to increase close rates and market penetration.
  • Track team metrics and report performance results to upper management.
  • Foster a competitive, energetic, and ethical sales culture.
  • Ensure reps follow company policies and represent the Xfinity brand professionally at all times.
