We are hiring a Field Service Technician to join our growing team! As a Field Service Technician, you will provide on-site installation, troubleshooting, repair, and maintenance of industrial equipment across North America. This Field Service Technician role is ideal for candidates with strong electro-mechanical experience who enjoy hands-on work in diverse environments and solving complex technical challenges.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Install, relocate, calibrate, and repair industrial machinery and equipment
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic systems
  • Utilize CRM/CMMS systems to track service activity, manage work orders, and document repairs
  • Provide exceptional customer service and technical support at client sites
  • Travel up to 75%, including occasional international assignments
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards and company procedures


QUALIFICATIONS:

  • High school diploma, GED, Associate’s degree, or relevant technical certification
  • Hands-on experience with electrical, mechanical, and pneumatic systems
  • Ability to read and interpret technical schematics and diagrams
  • Familiarity with machine controls/PLC systems, or willingness to learn
  • Strong troubleshooting, communication, and time management skills
