Beneficial Types of Previous Experience:
  • 3–5 years of Paintless Dent Repair (PDR) in a dealership, reconditioning center, or mobile technician environment.
  • Proven experience with hail damage repair, dent/crease removal, glue pulling, and light reflection techniques.
  • Prior work in dealership service or reconditioning departments,
  • Exposure to collision repair or body shop environments (without painting/refinishing), including damage assessment and repair estimates.
  • Experience supporting fleet, rental car, or auction vehicles,
  • Familiarity with PDR tools, estimating software (MobileTechRX, CCC, etc.), and dealership-level quality expectations.
 Minimum Qualifications:
  • At least 3 years of professional PDR experience in dealership, reconditioning, or equivalent settings.

  • Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.
  • Ability to work full-time, including weekends if dealership schedule requires.
