Responsibilities:
  • Create a welcoming and positive experience for patients from arrival to departure

  • Manage appointment scheduling, confirmations, recalls, and patient communications to optimize the schedule

  • Handle patient billing, insurance claims, payments, and fee inquiries in a professional manner

  • Process referrals, maintain accurate patient records, and ensure charts are up to date

  • Support daily administrative operations to ensure a smooth patient experience

  • Build strong patient relationships through empathy, professionalism, and effective communication

  • Follow all privacy, health and safety, and regulatory requirements


About You:
  • Dental administration or Patient Care Coordinator experience preferred

  • Experience with dental software systems is preferred

  • Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills
