Our Service Technicians use technical skills to diagnose issues when they arise to keep medical and dental X-Ray equipment operating properly. The Service Technician will install, troubleshoot, and make repairs on equipment while providing a relationship of trust that enables loyalty, satisfaction, and assurance to our clients.

Responsibilities:

  • Manages service calls and work orders for each job in a timely manner.
  • Troubleshoots heavy medical and dental equipment and mechanisms onsite and/or remotely.
  • Performs service, maintenance, repair, training, and installation on: C-Arm, Mammography, 2D, 3D, and IOS-I0X equipment.
  • Performs hazard assessments and maintains a high standard of safe work practices and quality control.
  • Performs routine preventative maintenance.
  • Follows company and OSHA safety rules and guidelines. Avoids injuries and damage to property, loss of unused materials and clean-up of work area debris.
  • Manages customer relationships to boost customer retention and satisfaction.
  • Provides information and recommends services to the sales team.
  • Completes all necessary company training in a timely manner.
  • Performs other duties as assigned by management.
