The Role:

As the CNC X-Ray Technician, youwill be responsible for operating X-ray imaging equipment to perform detailedinspections of castings and components, ensuring compliance with qualitystandards. This role supports the CNC department by identifying defects,documenting results, and collaborating with production teams to optimizematerial flow and quality assurance processes.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Perform X-ray inspections and visual audits of castings to ensure conformance to specifications.

  • Analyze X-ray images to detect internal defects of inconsistencies.

  • Document inspection results and upload X-ray images to customer folders for review and acceptance.

  • Complete Certificates of Conformance and other customer-required quality documentation.

  • Identify and document non-conforming materials using red-tag MRB procedures.

  • Ensure proper disposition of rejected materials in accordance with company protocols.

  • Support continuous improvement by documenting and refining work procedures.

  • Assist in coordinating the sequence of material flow though the X-ray process.

  • Capture and input production data into the inventory system (GP).

  • Monitor and report material flow and inventory discrepancies.

  • Utilize appropriate inspection tools and measurement instruments to perform job duties.

  • Troubleshoot and maintain x-ray equipment as needed.

Our Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or GED preferred

  • Proficient in using quality measurement tools and inspection instruments

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

  • Effective verbal and written communication abilities

  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word

  • Ability to list up to 33 lbs as needed

  • Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without current or future sponsorship

Pay Range: $18.00 - $22.00 (2nd shift has a 15% shift differential)
