What You'll Do

  • First Contact: Act as the main point of contact for our customers, offering top-tier communication and welcoming service.
  • Estimating & Planning: Prepare detailed, accurate written estimates for labor, parts, and repairs.
  • Project Tracking: Follow work closely through every stage of service to ensure deadlines and high quality standards are met.
  • Customer Follow-Up: Maintain proactive, timely communication with boat owners regarding updates, approvals, and completion timelines.
