ACTUAL JOB TITLE - Inside Sales / Onboarding Team
Pay Rate: $20.00

Tenure discount 13 months - 22.50

GENERAL FUNCTION:
Support the Luxottica system entry efforts to support Luxottica master data governance policies. Ability to self-direct data processing request forms received via request tracking tool and take direction from Manager while ensuring at least 99% accuracy of entries into the system. . Work on projects such as the analysis of reports, data, communications, and data maintenance, based on specific data validation rules. MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
A. Data entry and maintenance for core business systems
1. Perform data entry functions as requested through the request system.
2. Execute and validate Data Testing, including other system interfaces.
3. B. New Functionality
1. Identify and document business rules and requirements under the supervision of the Manager.
2. Document possible solutions to any open issues during project development and testing phases.
3. Prepare written communications such as notes and support notes for new features or system changes.
GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
A. Data entry into SAP IS Retail, Luxottica PLM, JDA, JB, etc
B. .B. Prioritize workload based on requested due date and type of projects.
C. C. Support team members and new initiatives as needed.
COMMUNICATION: A. Verbal/Written ร‚- communicates effectively verbally and in written form. B. Listening ร‚- Effectively listens to others. COMMUNICATES WITH OTHERS: Oral and written communication with CSC departments and reporting and analysis partner consultants.
