Job Summary: Motorcity Auto Care is seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Service Writer to join our team. The Service Writer will be responsible for ensuring a smooth and efficient service process for our customers. This role involves communicating with customers, understanding their vehicle issues, and coordinating with the service team to ensure timely and accurate repairs.

Key Responsibilities:

Document customer information and vehicle issues accurately.

Provide estimates for service and repair costs.
