Job description

Automotive Service Manager / Service Advisor Manager (6-Figure Potential, High-Volume Shop)

Spikes Auto Repair – Jefferson, GA

$100K–$150K+ Earning Potential | Leadership Role | Growth-Focused Shop

We’re not looking for a typical service advisor—we’re hiring a proven Service Manager / Writer Manager who knows how to run a shop, drive revenue, and lead from the front.

If you’ve worked in a $3M–$5M+ shop, understand the numbers, and can both produce and lead, this is a rare opportunity to step into a high-impact role with real earning potential.

How to Apply (Important)
We move fast — and so should you.
Step 1: Apply
Step 2: Complete a quick phone interview with our AI assistant “Paige” (takes about 10 minutes)
After you apply, you’ll receive an automated text message with a phone number you can call at your convenience to complete the interview.
Candidates who complete the Paige interview get priority.

What You’ll Do

  • Act as the leader of the front of shop operations
  • Write and manage $100K–$150K+ in monthly sales
  • Oversee workflow, technician dispatching, and shop efficiency
  • Track and manage key metrics (car count, ARO, GP, productivity)
  • Hold team accountable and ensure smooth daily operations
  • Support and develop other advisors
  • Identify problems and bring solutions with a plan

What We’re Looking For (Read Carefully)

We are only considering candidates who meet the following:

  • 5+ years experience as a Service Advisor in an independent shop
  • Experience in a shop doing $3M–$5M+ annual revenue
  • Strong knowledge of shop metrics and KPIs
  • Experience with Tekmetric (preferred)
  • Proven ability to consistently produce $100K+/month
  • Leadership experience (or acting manager responsibilities)

This Role Is NOT For You If:

  • You’ve only worked in a dealership with a limited role
  • You’re not confident in sales or numbers
  • You need heavy training or oversight
  • You prefer a “clock in, clock out” mindset

Compensation & Benefits

  • $100,000–$150,000+ earning potential
  • Performance-based pay structure:
    • % of gross profit (shop performance)
    • % of individual production
  • Paid Time Off (accrued – 2 weeks annually)
  • Monday–Friday schedule (no weekends)

About the Shop

  • High-volume, growth-focused independent shop
  • Strong car count and steady workflow
  • Established systems and expanding operations
  • Built for long-term growth — for both the business and leadership team

Why This Role Matters

This is a key leadership hire. You’ll be the person helping take this shop to the next level—operationally and financially.

If you’re the type who:

  • Knows the numbers
  • Leads with accountability
  • Brings solutions, not just problems

…you’ll thrive here.
