Adways Interactive was established over 3 yrs ago to support app developers promote their app on a global scale. We have two core businesses - Adways App Agency (AAA), which focuses on helping Western app developers promote their apps in Asia and PreLaunch.Me (PLM) a service the helps drive registrations for apps before they come to the market. 

Currently, Adways Interactive is serving top tier clients such as Kabam, Twitter, Square ENIX, Disney and more in marketing their apps to Asia.

Job Description

The candidate will join the AAA team and be responsible for developing and maintaining the overall partner relationship, including reviewing campaign performance, analyzing performance reports, helping to meet campaign revenue targets and more.


Key Responsibilities:

Responsible for the overall client relationship, including: strategic planning, revenue growth targets and all operations necessary to profitably scale and service the account.

Work with strategic client accounts and to maximize campaign potential

Monitor sales activity, identify areas of improvement and identify new business and revenue opportunities 

Proactively assess, clarify, and validate the client's expectations and new advertising opportunities

Become an expert on our products, our competition and the markets in which we compete

Management of product launches and communicate opportunities and needs across to our clients


Qualifications

Requirements:

Customer focused and a partner advocate with ability to use data and feedback to drive consensus

Results driven, hands-on, self-directed executive who plans, prepares and executes professionally

Enthusiasm, initiative, and detail-oriented

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Legal authorization to work in the U.S.


Preferred:

Experience in working in a dynamic small team environment.

Minimum of 1-2 years' experience in account management.

Experience in mobile and gaming a plus.

Bilingual in English and Japanese.

Four year collage degree, advanced degree (MBA or equivalent).
