Job description

We are PUBG, the global battle royale phenomenon! After the release of our flagship title in 2017 we have become one of the highest selling games of all time with over 75 million copies sold - that's a lot of Chicken Dinners! And that's only the beginning: PUBG Madison is developing an exciting new IP that aims to push the shooter genre forward.
Our state-of-the art studio and brand-new motion capture studio are in the heart of Madison, WI, a city frequently named the best place to live in the US for its vibrant culture, natural beauty, and outstanding, innovative educational institutions. PUBG Madison has been named a Top Workplace in 2025 and 2026 for our positive, strong company culture. Experience the perfect balance of urban excitement and natural tranquility in a city with more than 200 miles of hiking and biking trails, an incredible downtown farmer's market, and family-friendly neighborhoods.
The role is open to remote work for those located in the United States and Canada. Preference will be given to those able to work in-person from our studio in Madison, Wisconsin.
The person we're looking for:
PUBG Studios Madglory is looking for a Senior Publishing Producer to sit at the intersection of the game development team and our cross-functional publishing functions - art, marketing, QA, localization, community, and partnerships. The Senior Publishing Producer will be the connective tissue that keeps deliverables, deadlines, and the publishing roadmap aligned and on track. This is a coordination and ownership-heavy role for someone who thrives on structure, communication, and removing blockers. This role reports to the Publishing Lead and primarily works during CT business hours Monday-Friday but requires regular evening availability for international collaboration.
Responsibilities:
Cross-Functional Coordination & Delivery
  • Track all cross-functional deliverables, owners, dependencies, and deadlines, and proactively follow up to keep them on course.
  • Drive timely, clear communication across teams, surfacing risks, decisions, and status before they become problems.
  • Act as the central point of contact for publishing execution, translating needs between development and publishing functions.
Roadmap & Milestone Management
  • Maintain the publishing roadmap, keeping it accurate, current, and visible to all stakeholders.
  • Work closely with the development team on milestone planning, aligning development milestones and deliverables with the publishing roadmap.
  • Identify schedule conflicts and dependency risks early, and lead the replanning needed to resolve them.
  • Maintain a single source of truth for timelines, status, and deliverables that stakeholders can rely on.
Process & Operations
  • Establish and improve lightweight, repeatable processes for deliverable hand-offs, approvals, and status reporting.
  • Run recurring planning and sync meetings (stand-ups, milestone reviews, retrospectives), with clear agendas and documented action items.
  • Maintain project-tracking tools and documentation so information stays organized and accessible.
  • Manage approval and sign-off workflows, including those involving external partners, platform holders, and first parties.
Stakeholder & Risk Management
  • Provide regular, concise status updates to leadership and stakeholders, highlighting progress, risks, and decisions needed.
  • Anticipate, escalate, and help mitigate risks to scope, schedule, and quality.
  • Coordinate launch and live-operations beats (announcements, betas, releases, updates) across all contributing teams.
Qualifications:
  • 6+ years of production or project management experience, with at least 2 years production experience in video games AAA publishing.
  • Demonstrated success coordinating complex, cross-functional projects with multiple stakeholders and competing deadlines.
  • Strong working knowledge of game development and publishing lifecycle, from pre-production through launch and live operations.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to keep diverse teams aligned and informed.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, with proven ability to manage many parallel workstreams without dropping threads.
  • Sound judgment in prioritization, risk assessment, and escalation.
  • Experience shipping titles across multiple platforms and storefronts.
  • Familiarity with art, creative production pipelines and asset management.
  • Experience working with external partners, platform holders, or first-party certification (e.g., Steam, PlayStation, Xbox, Nintendo, Apple, Google).
  • Experience with localization, QA, marketing, or community workflows.
  • Able to work 11am-4pm CT Monday-Friday with regular availability during 8-11pm CT for international collaboration meetings.
What We Offer:
  • A highly competitive total compensation package
  • Comprehensive employer funded healthcare - ensuring you pay nothing out of pocket for in-network medical care
  • Employer-paid premiums for dental, vision, short & long-term disability, life insurance, and AD&D insurance
  • Generous time off including 20 days of prorated PTO, 12 paid holidays and a studio-wide holiday break annually
  • Generous annual sick leave days to prioritize your well-being
  • Annual health & wellness, video game, and continuing education reimbursements
  • Industry-leading family planning and fertility care benefits, including gender-affirming care, through Carrot Fertility
  • Enjoy free catered lunches, meal reimbursements, and snacks and beverages for in office staff
  • Engage in regular team outings and events to foster a positive work culture
  • 401K with a company match for your financial well-being
