As a Web Marketing Specialist at Cybernautic, you know the fundamentals and you're ready to own your work. You'll manage assigned client accounts with increasing independence executing strategies, communicating directly with clients, and contributing ideas that improve performance.

This is not a passive role. You'll dig into data, identify opportunities, and take action. You'll collaborate closely with Web Sales Strategists, content developers, and senior team members to build campaigns that perform. You'll earn client trust through consistent communication and work that matters to their business.

WHAT YOU'LL DOResearch & Strategy
  • Research ideal keywords and propose best-fit service levels for assigned client accounts
  • Collaborate to define target audiences and determine tone, voice, and messaging direction
  • Research industries, competitors, and client needs to refine keywords, landing pages, and campaign structures
  • Identify opportunities to maximize client potential and contribute to strategy development
Client Communication
  • Communicate with clients and log all interactions in HubSpot CRM
  • Obtain approvals for keywords, landing pages, ad groups, and ad copy
  • Conduct Review Generation Platform training sessions
  • Address client questions and concerns with consistency and care even when work is still in progress
Content Writing & Editing
  • Apply SEO best practices to assigned content and contribute to content ideation
  • Write and revise client website content to improve rankings and conversions (leverage AI)
  • Learn and apply tools that identify purchase-intent search behavior
Performance Monitoring & Optimization
  • Setup website performance reports using Google Analytics 4 and Looker Studio
  • Regularly review published content for underperformance and optimize as needed
  • Monitor monthly ranking reports and SEO performance trends on assigned accounts
  • Analyze accounts and contribute recommendations for traffic, rank, and conversions
  • Identify upsell opportunities and flag them to senior team members
Team Collaboration
  • Work collaboratively with your team to deliver our Search and AI Optimization services and Google Ads services effectively.
  • Execute assigned work accurately and on time
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to process improvement discussions
  • Support senior team members on larger accounts and projects as needed
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FORYou'll need:
  • 13 years of experience in SEO, PPC, keyword strategy, or digital analytics
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Comfort or experience in client-facing environments
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Working knowledge of CMS-based websites and basic HTML/CSS
  • Working knowledge of analytics tools including GA4 and Google Ads
  • Comfortable using AI tools to support research, content, and workflow efficiency
  • A collaborative spirit and a "make it happen" attitude
You'll stand out if you have:
  • Google Analytics and/or Google Ads certifications
  • Experience with WordPress or custom CMS platforms
  • Background in content development or copywriting
