Job description

The intern will contribute to improving the process such as supplier performance tracking, automating Bill of Material (BOM) reviews, developing self-service training modules, and streamlining document control processes. This is an excellent opportunity to apply analytical and technical skills to real-world business challenges.

Key Tasks:

  • Supplier Performance:Assist in data collection, analysis, and reporting for supplier KPIs.
  • BOM Review:Support the development and testing of an automated BOM comparison tool.
  • Training Automation:Help create engaging, animated training content and integrate it into a self-service platform.
  • Document Control:Contribute to establishing and improving document management workflows and change control systems.
  • General:Support process mapping, data analysis, and automation initiatives across these areas. 
  • Academic qualification: Bachelor degree in Industrial Engineering, Software Engineering, Data Science / Analytics or Mechanical Engineering 
  • IT skills: Advanced Microsoft Excel skills,  Business Intelligence (BI) tools (e.g., Microsoft Power BI), Microsoft PowerPoint, SharePoint
  • Language skills: English and Bahasa Melayu
  • Other qualifications: 

    • Basic programming, data analysis and visualisation

    • Strong academic record.

    • Available for 6 months internship, full-time
