Marketing Intern (Temporary, On-Site)

Duration: 3-6 Months- Could lead to permanent role

Location: On-Site

My Client is seeing a motivated and creative Marketing Intern to support our Marketing efforts during an exciting period, including a trade show and our 50-year company anniversary celebration. This is a hands-on, on-site role ideal for a student or recent graduate looking to gain real-world experience.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with general marketing tasks and ongoing initiatives
• Support content development for internal and external communications
• Help organize marketing materials and assets
• Assist with social media content scheduling and posting
• Help gather photos, videos, and content ideas
• Monitor engagement and assist with basic reporting as needed
• Assist with planning and coordination of the company’s 50-Year Anniversary event
• Support planning and preparation for the IMTS trade show, including logistics and materials
• Help track timelines, vendors, and deliverables related to events
• Provide general administrative assistance related to marketing and events
• Help maintain spreadsheets, checklists, and project trackers
• Assist with ordering materials, organizing files, and coordinating details

Qualifications:

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
• Comfortable using Microsoft Office; familiarity with social media platforms is a plus.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Familiarity with social media platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, etc.).
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks.
• Schedule and hours may be flexible based on project needs.
