About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Technical Writer & Editor to create and refine clear, accurate, and engaging content for a portfolio of technology products, solutions, and services. This role will translate complex technical information into customer-friendly content that supports product awareness, purchase, deployment, and adoption.

Responsibilities
  • Write, edit, and maintain technical and marketing content, including datasheets, white papers, solution briefs, technical guides, FAQs, product documentation, and sales enablement materials.

  • Translate engineering specifications, product requirements, and complex technical concepts into clear, business-focused messaging.

  • Support product launches by developing accurate and compelling technical content.

  • Collaborate with subject matter experts and cross-functional teams, including Product Marketing, Engineering, Sales, Creative, and Web teams.

  • Ensure all content is technically accurate, editorially consistent, aligned with brand standards, and easy for customers to understand.

  • Edit and proofread content for clarity, grammar, consistency, and overall quality.

Qualifications
  • Experience in technical writing, editing, content development, or related communications roles.

  • Ability to understand and translate complex technical concepts for a variety of audiences.

  • Strong writing, editing, proofreading, and attention-to-detail skills.

  • Experience creating customer-facing technical documentation and marketing content.

  • Comfortable collaborating with cross-functional teams and subject matter experts.

  • Experience with technology, devices, software, AI, security, or related products is a plus. 


Pay Details: $42.00 to $47.00 per hour
