This full-time role is ideal for experienced professionals-Architects, General Contractors, Roofing Contractors, Structural Engineers, or Estimators-ready to transition into the high-impact field of forensic construction consulting. Key Responsibilities

  • Desk Work
  • Draft detailed technical reports based on investigations and document analysis.
  • Review forensic reports, architectural plans, building codes, and construction documents.
  • Conduct data entry, estimate damages, and develop cost reports.
  • Field Work
  • Perform on-site investigations of completed or active residential and commercial construction projects.
  • Inspect structural components, roofing, waterproofing, and building envelopes.
  • Take digital photographs and record findings during inspections.
  • Traverse rooftops, climb ladders, crouch, kneel, and navigate various site conditions.
  • Professional Interaction
