  • Efficient: A good Wrapper works quickly and efficiently to provide the quantity of products needed to keep up with our volume of business.
  • Organized and Focused: A good Wrapper stays focused on one or two tasks at a time and completes those tasks before moving on to something else.
  • Attention to Cleanliness and Sanitation: Much of a Wrapper's job is involved with maintaining standards of cleanliness in the kitchen. A good Wrapper must be aware of our cleaning and sanitation standards and must maintain them consistently.
  • Warm and Friendly: A good Wrapper must possess a personality that will make our guests feel at home and confident that they are receiving what they ordered.
  • Team Player: A good Wrapper is always aware of what's going on in the kitchen and is ready and willing to help others get the job done.

Wrapper Functions and Responsibilities

  • Baking wraps on IronWolf
  • Rolling and preparing consistent, high-quality wraps in conformance with restaurant's standards
  • Following the recipes to meet Wolfnights standards
  • Maintaining a clean and safe salad bar and work station
  • Ensuring proper preparation procedures have been completed
  • Accounting for every food item used
  • Following all health, safety and restaurant regulations
  • Maintaining all salad bar work station equipment and utensils
  • Controlling and limiting waste
  • Following proper food rotation procedures (FIFO when necessary)
  • Supporting and assisting fellow team members whenever possible
  • Following proper work method
