The .NET Developers will have a strong background in building and maintaining C# applications. The resource(s) should have a skill set that encompasses: .NET, C#, WPF (or Win Forms), Entity Framework, LINQ, SQL Server, T-SQL, SSIS, and TFS.  Energy experience would be a plus.


Work Experience
         10 years of IT software development experience
         8+ years of .NET experience, including Win Forms and/or WPF
         4+ years of experience building large scale applications

Skillset Expectations
.NET Developer (C#, WPF, WCF, Entity Framework, SSIS, MVVM, MVC, Prism, Microsoft SQL Server, Unity, Agile, TDD, BDD)

Technical
Must have
         C#, WPF, Win Forms, Web Forms, WCF and T-SQL
         Entity Framework / ADO.NET
         .Net Framework 3.5/4.0
         SQL Server 2005/2008, Oracle 10g/11i
         Visio or other flow-charting tool
Good to have
         Win Forms, LINQ
         Oracle Data Providers
         Microsoft Enterprise Library Knowledge
