The PACE Personal Care Attendant I is a valuable role within Franciscan Health. This role provides psychological, physical, and emotional support, and answers questions as appropriate through exemplary teamwork, serving as many seniors as possible with the best quality-of-life in their communities.

WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT

  • Practice Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.

  • No Weekends, Evenings, or Holidays

  • Respond to participant needs and direct the inquiry to the appropriate party.

  • Maintain inventory supplies, sets-up of the care environment, and physically assist PACE participants.

  • Deliver care in multiple settings, including in the home, the day center, the clinic or in transportation.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • High School Diploma/GED- Preferred

  • 1 Year- Prior experience working with frail/elderly population- Required

  • Basic Life Support Program (BLS) - American Heart Association- Required- Within 90 Days

TRAVEL IS REQUIRED:

Up to 75%
