What is a Worldly?

Worldly jobs refer to positions at Worldly, a company that provides data tools and sustainability solutions for the apparel, footwear, and consumer goods industries. Worldly consultants frequently work closely with client teams through workshops, regular check-ins, and collaborative data analysis sessions to help integrate sustainability practices into business operations. They act as partners by guiding clients through data collection, interpreting environmental impact reports, and co-developing actionable sustainability strategies. This often involves facilitating cross-departmental communication to ensure that sustainability goals align with broader business objectives, as well as providing ongoing support for change management. Successful collaboration relies on strong interpersonal skills, adaptability, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

GREENWICH, CT | NEW YORK, NY | SOUTHERN CALIFORNIA (PRIMARY) | INTERNATIONAL TRAVEL (UK-BASED) - A highly active, globally-minded family is seeking an exceptional, polished, and education-focused FULL-TIME NANNY to partner in raising their two young daughters (ages 4 and 2) within a dynamic, bi-coastal and international lifestyle. This is a unique opportunity for a candidate who brings a strong understanding of British or UK educational standards, cultural awareness, and a refined, worldly approach to childcare and development.
This family leads a fast-paced, health-conscious, and highly engaged lifestyle, splitting time between Southern California, New York, Connecticut, and occasionally traveling to the United Kingdom. They are seeking a candidate who is equally energetic, adaptable, and intellectually grounded-someone who can keep up physically while also contributing meaningfully to the children's early education and global perspective. The ideal candidate is articulate, well-educated, and confident in guiding early childhood development with a lens toward London and New York private school standards.
The schedule will typically consist of roughly 45 hours per week, with 9-hour days beginning around 9:00 AM, with flexibility required for evenings, weekends, and travel. This role requires a candidate who is highly adaptable and thrives in a fluid, ever-changing environment. A valid passport is required, and candidates must be fully travel-ready. Dual U.S./U.K. citizenship and/or the ability to work internationally is strongly preferred. The role can be structured as live-in or live-out depending on the right fit, with a strong preference for live-out when in residence.
Responsibilities will center around full child-related care, with a strong emphasis on educational development, structured routines, and intentional engagement. The nanny will be responsible for planning enriching, age-appropriate activities that align with international and UK-based educational philosophies, supporting early learning, language development, and school readiness. The candidate should be confident introducing a broad worldview through play, conversation, and experiences, while also managing day-to-day needs such as meals, schedules, and travel logistics.
This family is deeply active and values health, wellness, and outdoor living. The ideal candidate will be physically fit, confident in swimming, and enthusiastic about engaging the children in outdoor activities and an active lifestyle. A strong understanding of nutrition is important, with comfort preparing fresh, balanced meals using organic, whole-food ingredients. The candidate should be capable in the kitchen and confident supporting a well-rounded, health-conscious environment.
The ideal candidate is intelligent, proactive, and highly capable-someone who brings both structure and sophistication to the role. They are calm yet energetic, worldly, and naturally polished in communication. A background in education, early childhood development, or private academic settings is strongly preferred. Familiarity with British or European educational systems is essential, and additional language skills (such as French) are welcome, though English fluency is required.
Compensation is open and commensurate with experience, with a general range of $40-$45+ per hour gross via payroll for the right candidate. The role includes standard PTO + sick days + paid holidays(TBD).
