Job description

Débosselage Demetry est un atelier de carrosserie familial spécialisé dans la réparation de voiture suite à un sinistre. Présentement certifiés avec plus de dix manufacturiers, nous sommes à la recherche d'un carrossier d'expérience pour le sectionnement, le redressement léger et la réparation de panneau endommagé. Nous cherchons une personne qui aime son travail, qui veut aussi exécuter des réparations en suivant les directives du fabricant et en gardant un très haut standard de qualité.

Ton quotidien en débosselage :

  • Lire et bien comprendre le plan de réparation
  • Marquer les zones à sectionner, à remplacer ou à réparer
  • Faire une prénumérisation des composantes électroniques avant la réparation
  • Démonter la zone à réparer du véhicule et faire un ''mirror match'' des pièces à remplacer
  • Réparer le(s) panneau(x) de carrosserie endommagés en acier ou aluminium à l'aide d'outils spécialisés
  • Réparer les pare-chocs de plastique à l'aide d'une soudeuse ou colle à plastique
  • Faire l'attache, le redressement léger et le sectionnement à l'aide d'un banc Car-O-Liner speed
  • Mesurer le châssis avec l'outil de mesure vision de car-o-liner, avant et après la réparation
  • Appliquer les joints d'étanchéités et undercoating (seulement si le département de préparation est surchargé)
  • Remonter les travaux en cours suite à la peinture
  • Faire la post-numérisation suite à la réparation pour s'assurer que toutes les composantes électroniques fonctionnent correctement
  • Faire un essai routier si nécessaire (faire un test des composantes électroniques, calibration des sièges, aucun bruit de roulement suite à la réparation de suspension, etc.)

Requirements

  • DEP en carrosserie ou expérience équivalente
  • Alaise avec système de mesure 3D
  • Minutie, précision et souci du détail
  • Une bonne attitude de ''problem solver''
  • Permis de conduire valide
  • Certification I-car platinum structurel et aluminium, un atout
  • Certification Honda Pro First un atout
  • Certification en réparation de fibre de carbone, un atout
  • Certification plastique soudure Québec un atout
