Programme Overview
We believe that early career talents are an essential and vibrant part of our community. The Early Careers Program provides an exciting opportunity for participants to get a feel for working at the Forum, bringing in fresh ideas and gaining valuable real-world experience.
The positions we offer are best suited to bachelor's and master's program graduates, with a maximum of 3 years cumulated work experience (inclusive of internships).
Conditions and benefits of the Early Careers Program
  • Full-time onsite employment contract of 6 months at a World Economic Forum office
  • Programme start dates between 1 September and 1 October
  • Monthly gross compensation of USD $4,550

Objective of the Position:
The North America and Latin America teams, as part of the Centre for Regions, Trade and Geopolitics, serve as the primary interface between the World Economic Forum and policy-makers across the Americas. Given the pivotal function played by public officials in enacting legislation and thereby shaping the future, hundreds of government officials in the region rely on the Forum for cutting-edge research, unique insights, practical policy solutions and the opportunity to interact virtually and in-person with a diverse group of stakeholders.
The successful candidate will play an integral role in the team by assisting in various aspects of event management, research, distribution of Forum knowledge products, and stakeholder engagement.
Key responsibilities and outcomes:
  • Aide regional preparations and outreach to various constituents in the run-up and execution of the 2027 Annual Meeting.
  • Support the CRTG Latin America team in the preparations of the Country Strategy Meeting Panama 2026 and launch of the Latin America Leadership Community.
  • Conduct research and mapping on short and long-term issues in the region;
  • Assist team members in engaging federal, state and local constituents;
  • Other administrative tasks as directed.

Profile Requirements:
  • Demonstrated knowledge and interest in topics related to the political landscape in the Americas.
  • Ability to work in fast paced environment while interacting with senior internal and external stakeholders.
  • Project management capabilities.
  • Research and presentation skills.
  • Fluency in both English and Spanish languages.
