Job Summary: Mercedes- Benz Stadium Ticket Attendants are best known for their proficient knowledge, impactful customer interaction and responsive engagement. This position serves as the front -facing point of contact for our guests and sets the tone for our guests.
Role and Responsibilities
  • Greet our guests/ clients / fans to our Stadium
  • Provide incredible customer service, including and not limited to gate entry assistance, resolving various ticketing issues, troubleshooting ticket apps including Ticketmaster
  • Treat everyone with courtesy, respect, and genuine kindness

Preferred Skills /Education
  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
  • Experience in event ticketing field preferred
  • Excellent interpersonal skills

Qualifications
  • Able to work outside, ability to stand and (and walk) for extended periods of time
  • Efficiently operate Ticketmaster ticketing systems including assisting with mobile app, troubleshoot ticketing issues from the Gates
  • Able to prioritize ticketing issues with courtesy and professionalism
  • Able to troubleshoot and resolve mobile ticketing questions and issues
  • Comfort with learning ticketing technologies and comfort working on mobile devices
  • Must be able to work an irregular work schedule to include nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Ability to work well in a team environment
  • Immediate availability to work events
