JOB DESCRIPTION
GENERAL FUNCTION: The primary focus of this position is to work in the order entry area monitoring and processing customer orders. This position focuses heavily on data entry. This role requires excellent attention to detail and the ability to follow multiple processes and technical steps throughout a structured process. This position will cross train to work in multiple areas. Duties in this position are repetitive, requiring analysis and use of individual judgment. Supervision ranges from general direction to direct supervision.
MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Enter Rx orders into Lab Management Software System - monitor incoming orders, add new orders. Process reorders.
  • Enter specialized and miscellaneous orders as needed
  • Run report to check job status and ensure progress of jobs in the production process.
  • Evaluate and check frames adjusting and processing accordingly
  • Tray up work by expected delivery and priority level.
  • As needed - reroute work to inter-company offsite locations, conduct price verifications, research availability of products
  • Act as back up for tracing, product inventory management, and receiving
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
  • Observe all company policies, rules, and safety practices

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS: The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required or preferred
  • High School education or equivalent preferred.
  • 0-2 Years of experience
  • Previous related experience and/or training preferred.
  • Must possess the ability to plan, organize, develop, implement, and interpret, goals, objectives, policies and procedures of the organization.
  • Communication, Written - Ability to communicate in writing clearly and concisely.
  • Detail Oriented - Ability to pay attention to the minute details of a project or task.
  • Basic ability to add and subtract; understand decimal numerical sequencing. Reasoning Ability
  • Computer -Ten key and typing experience is required; Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office applications; Ability to learn our internal lab management computer systems.
  • Must have strong fine motor skills and dexterity

Pay Range: 15.00 -
